Bought roof racks for our VW. Did not fit as website indicated. Customer service was terrible! Received auto replies and the only option was to return the product, no other solutions provided. The cost of the return was 3x as much as the product. The company was unwilling to do anything. Stuck with a useless product. Would never shop here ever again.
