ordered roof rack,which was sent out 2 days later with a tracking number,when i checked this it said awaiting payment of custom charges which i didn't realise i had to pay, I think Micks Garage should have stated this on the order confomation. I've have had to pay £52.90 to release from customs.I emailed them to say i wanted refund but have had no response. So had to pay.
BE AWARE OF THIS IF LIVING IN ENGLAND.
