I bought extra at their suggestion to take me up to the “free” postage limit, which I did but was automatically charged for “express” post. They told me I chose it but I most definitely did not. It’s the principle more than the extra €5 but in any event, the “express” I was cheated into paying for is anything but “express” I ordered on Sunday but didn’t get it until Thursday. The products were poorly packaged too, luckily the delivery guys were careful.
