Device works but customer service is appalling.
Shipping is late each time you order and just given excuses each time you chase. They shouldn’t be operating internationally if they cant find decent supply chain especially when shipping is not cheap.
Worst thing is you’ve already spent a lot on the device so have to keep ordering the wands. Lots of discussions in my fertility groups over their delivery issues too so clearly I’m not the only one.
