We conceived on our first Mira cycle! I learned that I ovulate earlier than average and that we were missing my fertile window because of it. Also, LH test strips were so hard to interpret, Mira gave a quantitative hormone level and the added visual aid of the tracking chart. The only draw back was needing to reach out to a reddit group for help "reading" my chart.
