I have only given them a 4 because their wands are so expensive and if you need to use more during a longer cycle, it costs a lot more. Otherwise, if they had more sales, more discounts, they definitely would get a 5 (sorry). Otherwise, this product is an excellent way to test your hormones to find out when you are ovulating. They test the right form of estrogen in your urine, which correlates exactly with the estrogen in your blood tests, so they are the best hormone test on the market, any others cannot compare. Their customer care team was brilliant, answered all my questions when I asked and even addressed a minor complaint (about the app) brilliantly. They helped to resolve it straight away, so I am very satisfied.
