I have been now trying to contact Mira for a week now. The device stopped working within 10 days of usage and absolutely is discouraging for how much you pay! Hoping this would be a smooth process, it has actually caused so much more stress! Still has not resolved the issue! They informed me they would be willing to replace the item, that was 3 days ago and have heard nothing since. The most disheartening factor is how frustrating it has been to get in touch with these people! Thanks for taking over $300 for a faulty item and waste of complete emotion! Aren't you guys supposed to be helping people with pregnancy! Figured this was too good to be true! Complete BS and way lack of communication!
