I evaluated a ton of natural family planning methods from BST to calendar and bodily fluid tracking. I chose Mira as I’m 6 months PP and the ease of just knowing that when I wake up I use a urine stick versus making sure I don’t move, etc. Is such a better fit for where we are in our baby’s stage of life. So far everything has been great, the numbers seem accurate and have helped me understand my ever changing cycle after just giving birth. Highly recommend for both avoiding and achieving pregnancy.
