I'm very thankful to the Mira team for making such a useful product! I'm about to get married and my future husband and I will be practicing natural family planning. I've been tracking my cycle via charting for a while but having actual numbers is a game changer. Those cheap little LH testing strips never worked for me. I haven't caught my LH spike yet with this cycle (my first using Mira) but I'm hopeful that I'll see it soon! I'm especially excited about Mira Plus. Tracking estrogen will be even more helpful for phase one NFP purposes. Thanks again!
