Dealing with a refund and return issue.
Wasn’t provided acknowledgement of my parcel being received so had to follow this up, from there I was told a refund would be processed in 1-5 working days - 8 days later no refund and again followed up.
The woman who advised she processed it told me it was in a queue despite them telling me previously they had already actioned this.
Advised if in 3 working days this isn’t refunded I’ll take further action. I have now received a PARTIAL refund! Missing £10.98 including the postage fee. Under uk consumer law, they cannot provide refund based on new prices for the item you ordered. I am still disputing this and will be taking action if they don’t provide the rest of the refund. Absolutely unacceptable & poor customer service!
