Buyer beware. Ordered a top and bottom set for my wife. Size 4 and 6. After processing and paying I get an email with different sizes (size 8 and 8) than I paid for. So I log into my account and see they processed the order as Size 8 and Size 6, which is different from both what I ordered and what their email stated. Worth noting that when I made the order, the only sizing options available were 2, 4, or 6. All other sizes (8, 10, 12) were sold out and had to join a wait-list, so it wouldn't have even been possible for me to order by mistake. I emailed them right away asking them to correct before shipping. No response, so I emailed them again asking for the correction. Still no response. I get an email this morning saying my items have shipped (size 8 and 6). I emailed them saying these sizes were wrong and asked them to fix it. They said sorry it's too late to cancel the order or make any changes. Despite me saying I emailed them twice about the error, they didn't care and said they would do nothing for me. The top is twice the size what I ordered and wouldn't come close to fitting. I'm going to have to go through my credit card company now, since they won't help me out. First and last time I will order through this scam of a company.

Missing item in the parcel which has been paid for. Customer services absolutely awful and not empathetic at all. Keep sending the same responses with no resolution. Do NOT use this company as they are scammers.

Never received a dress & then refused to refund me or send me out a replacement. Was a loyal customer but won’t be getting my custom again. Absolute disgrace Apparently they checked the CCTV footage to check it had been packaged up, which is a load of tripe. Then refused to send me the evidence due to “data protection”. Very bad quality clothing , didn’t get a full refund . AVOiD THIS COMPANY ! I’m sure it’s only a matter of time until it won’t exist , no one succeeds running a shoddy business robbing their clients .

Paid for next day still waiting to receive my items ! Got in touch with Joseph who told me they items hadn't even left there warehouse , then a few minutes later he says he checked again and has a tracking number 🙄, tried to check with evri and it says sender still has the parcel and they are awaiting it . Offered £1 refund for next day delivery laughable really , only sorry I didn't read reviews these are money grabbing, greedy good for nothings and will NEVER USE AGAIN and will tell others the same

Still awaiting refund 2 months later. Agents reply a week later and tell me it has been processed but nothing in my bank. Also they have told me I'll receive a partial refund, they've taken delivery cost plus an extra £4.70 despite the clothes being unworn and in original packaging. Will never use this company again.

Awful business DO NOT USE!!!! I placed an order with them and they didnt provide the courier with the correct address. After 3 weeks of emailing them they have still not provided me with a refund and would also seem they have blocked me as my emails are now bouncing back. They have essentially now stolen my money. Again DO NOT USE !!!!!

I am so disappointed in the items I received. The sizing on every item was completely off…I ordered a US size 10 in everything and every item was either too big or too small. Like how does that happen? I ordered 12 items and I am disappointed in all 12. 3 bodysuits: all are too small and 2 came with holes in them. The crotch area on the vegan leather leggings are atrocious, they are so baggy in the crotch area. The green knitted leggings are ridiculously too big, I should have ordered 2 sizes down, they are high waisted but they come up to my breast, that’s too high waisted. The black denim jeans fit nice around my waist, length was great but the crotch area is again ridiculously baggy. Why? The knitted jumpsuits are cute and great thick material but the top keeps falling down. I was so excited for these items but all turned out to be a big disappointment. Is it even worth the time and money to send them back and hope and wait for a refund or should I just tailor the items myself? Very disappointing, I will never order from this company again.

I don't normally do this, and I consider myself to be understanding, but these people lack common sense and compassion for their customers. These are basic characteristics required of someone who runs a business. People are correct when they say that these big brands look good when they are promoted solely by influencers. I'm not an influencer, but do you know how many people I've introduced to you? A large group of college students, my coworkers, generally, most people around me. I bought a couple of items four weeks ago that were supposed to be for a special occasion. MY PACKAGE WAS NEVER DELIVERED. I waited a little longer, but I couldn't because I was an out-of-state student, and worse, I was graduating and leaving in 5 days and hadn't heard anything about my package being delivered. As a result, I contact customer service. They apologized and said they had no way of getting the package to me in time before I left and that the only thing they could do was try to intercept the package. My plan was to have someone on campus ship it to me when it arrived, which would require me to pay extra money for delivery. Keep in mind that if those items did not fit me, I would lose my money as well as all of the trouble I went through to get them to me. This is especially true given Missy Empire's horrible return. I would pay the same amount, or something close to it, to do a return. Anyway, I checked my order status and saw right away that the package had been intercepted. I sent them a message instantly, and they tried to tell me that there was a problem with the tracking number, blah blah blah. They finally confirmed that they intercepted the order. Cool. What happened to my refund? They stated that the package had to be delivered to them first. Which I assume will take another 30 days even though they said “14”, as I don't trust them at this point. I wasn't the one who intercepted the package; you did, and as a result, I never received it. In fact, you confirmed that the package is in the hands of the delivery driver. You literally intercepted the package. Someone then told me that they couldn't refund my money right away and that I'd have to wait because they'd had customers steal packages and lie about them not being delivered. I'm astounded at how much common sense must've been missing here. Are you sure you understand what's going on? You are not comparing this case to a customer lying. Make the logic add up. Please refund my hard-earned money if I never received the package and it is on its way back to you. Why should I have to wait two months for a mistake made by you? Please refund my money!!!!!

Do not order from here. I ordered a pink t-shirt was was almost neon colour in description, when it arrived it did not look like that colour at all. So I returned it. They have only refunded me part of my order. Even after postage cost they still have not refunded me properly. Money grabbing thieves. I claim my money back through pay pal as my return was still in the package with the tag still on 10000327110

CHAV BACKSTREET COMPANY rude Chavy attitude, asks you to pay bank transfer and not PayPal which says it all . Customer service is a joke will see your message then not respond typical chavy atitides overpriced knock off clothing cheap material AVOID

My order did not arrive. I asked for a refund. They then said my order was delivered. It was not. I am still waiting on refund. Emailed several times and no answer. I would not order from them.

Received a message from Hermes on the 30th saying that my package been delivered, that morning I’ve been waiting for the package near by the door which tells me that the driver didn’t knocked my door or ring the bell and didn’t even left a paper saying if the package been delivered on any of my neighbours. When I’ve checked the Hermes app i see this package been delivered to a door that I don’t even recognise and doesn’t even shows the house number or a signature, when I’ve checked as well the map it doesn’t even is my street. I’ve contacted Hermes costumer service straight away more than once and didn’t had no reply at all as well contacted missy empire and the only reply I had it was asking me for my shipping address which is the same as my billing one, since then I didn’t had no reply at all just a bunch of emails asking me if the issue was solved and how it was. I’m really disappointed as I’ve bought these to use on nye I’ve spend a bunch of money and I didn’t even had these delivered and to get worst I know that been delivered to someone else’s door and costumer service really doesn’t seems to care! I want my money to be returned asap and please I don’t recommend at All to nobody to buy on this company because clearly theres a huge disorganisation both with Hermes and missy empire. Don’t buy here! Besides that on another reviews plantform they say that I haven’t replied to them email when asked the shipping address and it’s a lie I’ve replied straight away and since then I haven’t heard absolutely nothing from them. They absolutely don’t care about the costumer.

The clothes from here are of a disgustingly bad quality, ridiculous price considering and the 28 day refund policy is ridiculous. I do not recommend this shoddy company for anything!

Ordered a jogger set and paid £3.99 for postage but only received a top no bottoms! So returned it and just got got my refund not only the jogger set cost me £24.99 only to be refunded £19.01 deducting £1.99 for me sending it back?! When it’s their fault for sending incomplete item?! And refund been put as store credit?! Seriously?! I don’t I will be ordering from this company again!!

Messages regarding ordering too many of one item by mistake. Stated I could receive a full refund and then refused to refund back to original payment method for an unopened and unused item. Will not be buying from this company again

WoW. I wished I read the reviews before ordering. Clearly this company does not care at all about their customers. Shipping was supposed to take 3-5 business days. I made an order 25 days ago. Tracking hasn’t updated since September 14 and it’s now September 28. I inquired twice to customer service and they are not able to tell me when I will get my order. It’s the first and last time I will order from them. avoid at all costs
