Shocking experience I have been told my returned parcel has been found but sent to the wrong warehouse (I have only used the return postage sticker that was provided to me in the parcel) and that I will be not here refunded even though the proof is there, still attempting to get this resolved but no hope good clothes just hope you don’t have to return anything

Originally Missy Alessia reached out to me through indeed to “offer a promoting job” they required me to first buy two of their products then to sell to my followers on social media platforms. High hidden charges and they will not cancel your order once you notice. The product they sent me also came from another company (SHEIN) who sells the same thing at a fraction of the absurd costs. Now they are making me pay out of pocket to return something they’ve over charged me on. This is disappointing. They should not sell to America if this is how they plan to do business. Their headquarters are out of United Kingdom.

Parcel arrived after 1 1/2 weeks despite paying for next day delivery, an item was missing along with paperwork and customer service is the worst I have ever had the misfortune to deal with, out of pocket and they don’t care, don’t ever shop with them if you want what you pay for,

Do not order from this site! I placed an order in February and still have not received it 3 months later! I have tried contacting multiple times, they replied once telling me that my order has been lost along the way! I asked for a refund however i still haven’t received! I am disgusted that I have paid for something I haven’t got!

Been told my package would be shipped for the last 2 days, also have been given an invalid tracking number. This is a scam girls. They take your money and never post your packages and then try talk their way out of giving you a refund because "your package will soon be on its way, we are waiting to speak to Royal Mail." Well girls, it's a joke and your package is not coming. As a business owner myself who deals with Royal Mail and UPS on a daily basis I can tell you that, it is literally just a scam to take your money and your package isn't sent! Do not order!! And if you have get in contact with trading standards because they shouldn't be allowed to do this!

Ordered items in mid November, returned some of the items 22 no November (I paid for special delivery)parcel received and signed for 23rd November. Only received refund for one item, they still owe me £50 and now are not returning my emails. No telephone number. I am fuming!!!

Never received a dress & then refused to refund me or send me out a replacement. Was a loyal customer but won’t be getting my custom again. Absolute disgrace Apparently they checked the CCTV footage to check it had been packaged up, which is a load of tripe. Then refused to send me the evidence due to “data protection”. Paid for next day still waiting to receive my items ! Got in touch with Joseph who told me they items hadn't even left there warehouse , then a few minutes later he says he checked again and has a tracking number 🙄, tried to check with evri and it says sender still has the parcel and they are awaiting it . Offered £1 refund for next day delivery laughable really , only sorry I didn't read reviews these are money grabbing, greedy good for nothings and will NEVER USE AGAIN and will tell others the same

I don't normally do this, and I consider myself to be understanding, but these people lack common sense and compassion for their customers. These are basic characteristics required of someone who runs a business. People are correct when they say that these big brands look good when they are promoted solely by influencers. I'm not an influencer, but do you know how many people I've introduced to you? A large group of college students, my coworkers, generally, most people around me. I bought a couple of items four weeks ago that were supposed to be for a special occasion. MY PACKAGE WAS NEVER DELIVERED. I waited a little longer, but I couldn't because I was an out-of-state student, and worse, I was graduating and leaving in 5 days and hadn't heard anything about my package being delivered. As a result, I contact customer service. They apologized and said they had no way of getting the package to me in time before I left and that the only thing they could do was try to intercept the package. My plan was to have someone on campus ship it to me when it arrived, which would require me to pay extra money for delivery. Keep in mind that if those items did not fit me, I would lose my money as well as all of the trouble I went through to get them to me. This is especially true given Missy Empire's horrible return. I would pay the same amount, or something close to it, to do a return. Anyway, I checked my order status and saw right away that the package had been intercepted. I sent them a message instantly, and they tried to tell me that there was a problem with the tracking number, blah blah blah. They finally confirmed that they intercepted the order. Cool. What happened to my refund? They stated that the package had to be delivered to them first. Which I assume will take another 30 days even though they said “14”, as I don't trust them at this point. I wasn't the one who intercepted the package; you did, and as a result, I never received it. In fact, you confirmed that the package is in the hands of the delivery driver. You literally intercepted the package. Someone then told me that they couldn't refund my money right away and that I'd have to wait because they'd had customers steal packages and lie about them not being delivered. I'm astounded at how much common sense must've been missing here. Are you sure you understand what's going on? You are not comparing this case to a customer lying. Make the logic add up. Please refund my hard-earned money if I never received the package and it is on its way back to you. Why should I have to wait two months for a mistake made by you? Please refund my money!!!!!

BEWARE OF SHOPPING ON THIS SITE! I have read the below reviews and I can confirm the exact same thing has happened to me. I spent upto $300 on this site and one month later have not received my order or a refund. And I’ve had to chase them in order to receive the order I paid for (which still hasn’t arrived). THEY HAVE THE MOST BIZARRE AND UNPROFESSIONAL CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH! If you ever order off this site PLEASE BE VERY CAREFUL. They seem to be a legit site like Pretty Little Thing, but I CAN ASSURE YOU THEY ARE NOT.

Do not shop from here I received the tracking email on December 3rd of 2019, it is now January 7th of 2020. Mind you I have been in contact with both the company and the post office yet to have receive my order. I WOULDN'T RECOMMEND SHOPPING FROM THIS WEBSITE a complete scam in my case

Paid for next day delivery it did not arrive they assured me it would arrive and it didn’t. The message I got was they was not able to deliver to my address, I’ve been living here for a long time and I’ve never had problems with deliveries. I found this very strange. I ordered some things for bohoo the following day (the day missy empire’s parcel was supposed to arrive ). And this arrived the next day and they both use Hermes. Do not order from them it’s waste of time. Next day delivery is not next day. I’m so frustrated as I relied on them and I could of got another option

I will never order again after they sent me a faulty jumper covered in makeup stains along with black marks, I never tried the jumper on as I noticed it straight away and put it back in the bag and when I sent the item back and put on the delivery note that it arrived faulty they tried to say it was me and wouldn't take responsibility for sending me a dirty damaged jumper.

Terrible service! Paid for next day delivery for nothing to come! I emailed them an all they had to say was sorry we will send out tomorrow. Well tomorrow is to late! Don't charge extra if use can't deliver on time
