Customer service is bad. You can not call and speak to anyone, no phone number on their website. They say in their fine print if you start a subscription you cant cancel before 3 months. I canceled before my first shipment went out because it kept being delayed. They claimed it was too late. I told them to cancel all future orders. They charged me again. I disputed the charges but Paypal said i initially authorized the charge even tho I had canceled a full month prior. Moerie sent me an email threatening me to cancel my paypal dispute or I would get no refund. I do not take kindly to being threatened. I would not do business with them ever again.
