“DO NOT FALL FOR THIS TRAP
Okay so i am highly allergic to strong scents and i ordered their shampoo conditioner mask and hair spray. I just used once and the scent was so strong that it started to burn my throat. I emailed the customer support and the reply i got was - “we are very sorry we cannot refund or return the product as it is used once but we recommend going to doctor” . What a great way to treat the customer.
Anyways don’t purchase this if you are sensitive to smell and if you have any sort of problem they won’t refund you or cancel the subscription”
“Ok people, warning...this is probably going to be kind of long, but I will try to make my point as shortly as I can. Almost 59 yrs old, I have VERY long hair. I do not cut my hair, so it grew into a "v" shape, past my hind end. 😁 I also don't use anything put hairspray, and I keep it up in a bun. My hair is baby fine, easily tangles, and won't hold a curl. early this year, I had some systems, like every month going to the Dr, & gaining a lb or 2, and I couldn't understand why. Blood test showed that my right thyroid just decided it didn't want to work anymore. So, I got put on medication. Well, slowly, my systems started to get better, BUT...my hair was falling out. my hair brush, while washing my hair, WAY more than usual. Googled side effects on my medicine. One listing; hair loss. No, no, no! Had my husband take a picture of my hair, & when I saw several inches of the bottom, there wasn't much there. Moerie kept popping up on my phone, and I read several reviews. It went both ways, but I had to do something. So, I bit the bullet, and bought the shampoo, conditioner and the root spray. I broke down, and had my husband cut off all the thin hair at the bottom. Then I got out my sewing measuring tape, held the top of it on the crown of my hair, 26" long. Today is the first time I have used it. I don't use a hair dryer, unless I am in a hurry. First use, all I can say at this point is, my hair feels INCREDIBLY soft! I always let it dry some before I brush it, and it brushed out so easily. I NEVER thought that I would EVER spend that much $ for shampoo, but I am desperate. So.....I am going to use what I have, faithfully, and am very hopeful that it makes a difference for my hair. Just a word of warning to you all.....IF you also take thyroid medication, DO NOT take the hair growth pills. I looked it up, and they will interfere with your medicine. I will write another review when my bottles are empty. Hopefully, it will be a great review!”
“DO NOT BUY FROM MOERIE! When you purchase at a discount, you are signing up for a membership/contract to purchase more at regular price. It does not matter if you want to return it, allergic to it or anything - they do not let you out of the contract unless you buy out. I feel this is deceiving as I thought I was getting a black friday price and decided to try it, then I was allergic to it and they would not take it back or cancel my subscription. You have to purchase one more time before you can cancel your subscription. This is an unacceptable way of doing business!”
“WORST PRODUCT EVER. Despicable soulless customer service. I wouldn’t recommend this to my worst enemy. Save your money & your time. NOT worth it. Good luck on getting a refund when you can’t figure out how to cancel your subscription. & once you do get it cancelled you’ll still get charged!! You can’t even call them.”
“Horrible experience with this product. Shipping number is incorrect I had to write support team to send me valid shipping number to track the product.Problems with delivery you have to call re inter your address or go and take at some stop location, and charging for delivery. When I tried unsubscribe company requiring additional 30$ for unsubscribe. The product not cheap it is rather expensive and add this kind of additional charges for delivery for unsubscribing it’s beyond ridiculous”
“When they say shipping is FREE please note that it is NOT! They hide a statement under Term and Conditions. Mine arrived and I owed almost $7.00 in additional postage. This product is expensive enough but to not be up front on the additional postage changed my mind on ordering from them again. If I have to pay just say that. I didn’t like the surprise when it arrived.”

“So when they tell you that you can return it within 14 days, they don’t really let you know that you’re not supposed to open it up either. You have to return it without being open however they also throw in there that’s because you just basically even bought the first purchase that you’re now in a subscription and you have to also pay for the second Month as well. So I had to pay $69 twice. I have put a dispute on my credit card and canceled my credit card as far as this company is concerned they are a big gimmick. If they do reimburse me my money I will come back on here and let you guys know otherwise it’s a gimmick and it definitely was generic shampoo and hair products”
“I just tried moerie for the first time today December 3rd 2024, i do not like it. It made my hair tangly and felt not at all moisturized.
I had to use an extra store bought conditioner even after i used the moerie conditioner just to comb through my hair. This product was a waste of money.
Hope my fiance gets better results from it.

“I purchased this product because I saw the advertisement that makes the hair healthy, which it damaged my hair so bad after 1st use and I decided to cancel right away, this company is a scam their products does not do what they advertise, and they will not give you any refund or chances to cancel shipments. I will report this company to BBB.
This was the most erroneous purchase I made, The B COMPANY, UAB AKA MOERI
after the first purchase, they refused to cancel my subscription and kept sending me automatic shipments claiming that I signed for to get for automatic shipments and can NOT be cancelled, its a nightmare, there is no way to get a clean cancelation and refund if costumer not happy with expected results/or product.
Once they grab a costumer ,they make costumer to stay forced to accept their policy. Their costumer service is the most horrible and there is no way of any understanding .Please people don't fall this product because it's a fraud.

“I really wanted to love the products and will finish those in my one-time order, but they make my fine hair feel rough, look frizzy, and more difficult to style. For the price the quantities are also small, so I generally don't feel the value for money but, in this case, at least I can finish them sooner and try something else.”

“I’ve been using Moerie Shampoo/Condition for over a year on/off (rotating products) and the beginning of 2024, I used the Moerie scalp spray… All I got to say is I started with collarbone length hair beginning of the year (with trims from home) & now my hair is at the bottom of my shoulder blades.
