“Ok people, warning...this is probably going to be kind of long, but I will try to make my point as shortly as I can. Almost 59 yrs old, I have VERY long hair. I do not cut my hair, so it grew into a "v" shape, past my hind end. 😁 I also don't use anything put hairspray, and I keep it up in a bun. My hair is baby fine, easily tangles, and won't hold a curl. early this year, I had some systems, like every month going to the Dr, & gaining a lb or 2, and I couldn't understand why. Blood test showed that my right thyroid just decided it didn't want to work anymore. So, I got put on medication. Well, slowly, my systems started to get better, BUT...my hair was falling out. my hair brush, while washing my hair, WAY more than usual. Googled side effects on my medicine. One listing; hair loss. No, no, no! Had my husband take a picture of my hair, & when I saw several inches of the bottom, there wasn't much there. Moerie kept popping up on my phone, and I read several reviews. It went both ways, but I had to do something. So, I bit the bullet, and bought the shampoo, conditioner and the root spray. I broke down, and had my husband cut off all the thin hair at the bottom. Then I got out my sewing measuring tape, held the top of it on the crown of my hair, 26" long. Today is the first time I have used it. I don't use a hair dryer, unless I am in a hurry. First use, all I can say at this point is, my hair feels INCREDIBLY soft! I always let it dry some before I brush it, and it brushed out so easily. I NEVER thought that I would EVER spend that much $ for shampoo, but I am desperate. So.....I am going to use what I have, faithfully, and am very hopeful that it makes a difference for my hair. Just a word of warning to you all.....IF you also take thyroid medication, DO NOT take the hair growth pills. I looked it up, and they will interfere with your medicine. I will write another review when my bottles are empty. Hopefully, it will be a great review!”

“Professional stylists confirmed it - it works. I have been struggling with hair loss for quite awhile. I did a lot of research and decided to try the Moerie products. I started my journey with Moerie products (shampoo, conditioner, mask and spray) on August 27. On October 2 the day of my daughter’s wedding there was a make up artist and hairstylist. While having my make up done the artist touched my hair and commented on how healthy it felt. Emotion swept over me. When it was time for my hair I was very nervous, the hairstylists we chatted and she told me “I can see baby hairs growing”. She said “ whatever you are doing, keep doing it.” I attended my daughter’s wedding with a new found confidence. It was a beautiful day and filled with so much emotion. I’m glad I took a chance with your products. I’m excited for the weeks and months ahead.”

“There was no significant hair growth length after 3 months, or after 6 months. The 7 inch claim is fraud. The ads are ridiculous showing waist length hair after 1 month. Why are those ads allowed. They are definitely fraudulent.”

“Terrible business and customer service practices. Over reliance on “terms and conditions” when trying to cancel. Even when you think you’ve cancelled they continue to charge you based off a “free” trial that they automatically enroll you in that you apparently have to cancel separately. Deceptive and cruel company.”

“I only bought one but then the product kept coming monthly and I realized they put me in subscription and it is so frustrating to try and have them cancel it..so BEWARE!..just like what happened with RYZE..”

“My second bottle had 7 capsules that were empty that's why I never reordered. I'm not paying for empty capsules. Never really did much for my hair growth either”

“Product seems to help. The way they ship is the issue. They send you a 3 month supply every 2 months. No notice that it will be shipping. I had a pending charge 2 days ago so I emailed them, I also could not find a number to call. I told them please do not ship since it was only 2 months after the previous shipment. After numerous emails and being told someone will be following up on this issue, I received a notice that it is in route I cancelled the subscription of 3 months supply every 2 months”

“They keep sending products that I didn't order. I had a bad reaction to the product the very first time I used it! I threw it away only to get 2 more bottles a couple of months later. I returned that product at my expense with a note that said not to send me anything ever again and then yesterday I get another box of this garbage!! I have no choice but to make a credit card dispute. Awful and deceptive business practices.”

“Scam. Canceled subscription back in March. But continue to charge me to send me emails on info how to keep my hair healthy. $22 for emails … after I canceled subscription. Then to tell me it was separate from the subscription 🤦🏻‍♀️”

“I have struggled with finding the right products for alopecia for quite some time now. It can be so frustrating but finding Moerie has made everything hunky dory. My hair was looking so thin but now everything is coming up roses. I even use their shampoo for blonde hair and it keeps my color looking fresh while helping with the growth. It is such a relief to find something that actually works for my specific needs. Truly a blessing.”

“I've been using the shampoo, conditioner, hair mask, and spray. As well as taking the pink vitamins for a little over a month now. I've noticed way less shedding and my hair has shown a noticeable shine increase. Unfortunately, I haven't seen any signs of growth. Which was the I've of the biggest reasons why I broke down and finally purchased the products to give it a try. So I'm really hoping that the last month and a half I start seeing some noticeable length growth.”

“I use the product which is supposed to help with hair regrowth. After 3 months and some more shedding, I have seen no regrowth whatsoever. I do not know if it's this product that caused more hair shedding but, I do know it has not helped stop hair loss or with any hair regrowth. In addition, the ordering process had me on a subscription plan when I did not sign up for one. In their defense, customer service did cancel the subscription however, I should not have been on one in the first place. Buyer beware.”

“Made my hair so dry I couldn't hardly get brush through. No growth either. I returned product to them they after I had them not to send anymore and they refuse to refund my money. Been ongoing battle. They asked for tracking and other which I gave and they say they can't it. Bull!! If I can why can't they? Don't trust them. Would not recommend them at all.”

“After using it for a few weeks my hair feels much more substantial and has a lovely glow. It is a breath of fresh air to find a product that actually does what it says on the bottle. “Found the best shampoo for thinning hair right here. I am 62 and my hair was looking a bit sad but this brand fixed it right up. It is definately better than anything else I used before. My hair looks thick and has more bounce when I go to church on Sundays. Highly recommend to anyone my age who wants their hair to look good again."”
