“I’ve been using the product for over 2 years. I have seen the length of my hair grow, however I do not feel that it has made my thinning hair any thicker. Also, I received a shipment where the product was open and leaked out. They initially seemed great and said they would send a replacement. However I never received the shipment and they wouldn’t make good on it. I’ll take my money elsewhere.”

“It's hard to believe when the before hair persons face is covered somehow and the after hair persons face is shown. How do I know if it's the same person.”

“I’m 67 years old with thin, natural curly hair and my hair doesn’t grow! I’m trying the pills, shampoo and conditioner, mask and spray; 3 months later I have baby hair and it’s easier to manage but I’m still on the fence about actually growing length. I’m going to give MOERIE products a year to work. I don’t like the fact that I can’t talk to a live person because my orders have been all over the place and confusing.”

“I've been using for 1& half. My hair had grown about 3 inches. I like their products. I use all of them. My hair doesn't go fast. But my problem is with their customer service. They have no phone support. I received an empty container but whoever pack didn't make sure the cap was on . I have been going back & forth with emails for 4 days . Still not resolved . VERY DISAPPOINTED”

“Just finishing my second bottle of the capsules and have not noticed any new growth, but I have noticed my hair feels thicker. Trying to cancel the subscription, but running into obstacles, not an easy process.”
