I bought Moerie on sale I've used it 3 times a week for 2 weeks including the HG air mask and growth booster ...Save your money my hair has gone like straw my scalp is itchy and my hair is frizzy and dull 100 percent worse than it was 2 weeks ago.I persevered this long expecting big improvement.

Was super excited but then disappointed. Not worth hype. Expensive, stinks, bottles don’t open properly. Lids break easily. It’s a gimmick. My hair is now more dry, brittle and frail. My beautician said to promote hair growth it has to come from nutrition within. Not hair products applied on the outside. May work for others but didn’t for me sadly.

Your pricing, misleading/ false information on the subscription- no option for a one time purchase then you want to have us pay the difference be honest and once one time subscription is chosen put the price of the product letting people know they save if they choose to subscribe! I was not able to get in and cancel your representatives emailed me back and forth at least 5 of them in that time all they needed to do was click a button and charge me whatever it is that you stated that I owed! Why do I have to make an account to cancel a subscription? This is ridiculous and you know it! I will be on every site with this same complaint so that no one else have to go through this and if they do it will be by choice but they will be warned

I bought there products one time to see how it will work and it caus an itching and made discomfort and made my hair to dry and damaged they called me I told them I don’t like it so she was supposed to cancel the subscription and she didn’t now I got charged for another baggage that I didn’t want

Product does not work at all. Since I've used in my hair has not grown at all. It is continuing to fall out more so than it did before you use this product. The texture is very coarse since I've started using this product it's no longer soft as it previously was. It was a waste of my money and I am angry that they lie to you to get you to purchase this product. I trusted some of the reviews and the company. All lies do not get this product.

I decided to try Moerie for the advertised hair growth. As you will see from my photo, I purchased Shampoo/Conditioner/a spray and also some sort of hair mask. I also added the gummies. Order arrived quickly. I did not buy the subscription. The day the product was delivered I received a call to purchase more items. I did not. I have used Nioxin products for the last 4 years and have tried several different products for 30 days during that time, always returning to Nioxin. I only used Moerie 3 times over the last week, including the conditioning mask and I will not be giving it my normal 30 days. To say this product dried my hair out is an understatement. My hairdresser asked me today what I had done to my hair. She said it was so dry and felt heavy. I hadn’t even told her about changing hair products. I told her that I tried a new product 3 times and switched back to my Nioxin yesterday. Her treatment helped a great deal and I will be taking the Moerie to the horse barn. The gummies taste good so I will finish the bottle. The rest of the products I will chunk.

The day i recieved my order, i read the ingredients and everything contains lavender which i am highly allergic to. They would not allow me to cancel without paying more money. The company is trash and has zero compassion or customer service skills.

HORRIBLE I LOST MY HAIR MY GORGEOUS HAIR. I tried this product after 2 tries my hair started falling out in clumps its been months cant get money back and my hair still hasn't regrown

Shipping was fine. Product sucks tho. Hare us dry and dulk when I use it. Spray is practically water does absolutely 0 for my hair.

Do not order from this company. You will automatically be put on a “subscription” list and they’ll keep sending you product until you cancel your credit card. I wish I had read something like this before I got sucked in.

I had a terrible experience with this company. They kept sending me subscription packages every 30 days even after I told them the product didn’t suit me. I asked to return the product and get a refund, but they refused to return my money for the first and second month. That’s a total of $66 USD — a big amount — and they didn’t seem to care about customer satisfaction at all. This is very unfair and extremely upsetting. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

I’ve had a Moérie subscription since January, always billed in AUD. Recently I was shown an upsell ad for a supplement in USD — completely inconsistent with my usual pricing. I tapped the image to read more, but my card was charged instantly, with no checkout or confirmation. The pills were advertised at 50% off, but I was charged what read as the USD full price, but turns out it was just converted into AUD without any form of communication or confirmation from me to go ahead. The pills aren’t even listed on Moérie’s website, at least not in Australia, so I couldn’t check ingredients before buying. I later found them via another retailer and confirmed they contain ingredients unsuitable for me. Despite the order being unintentional and misleading, Moérie refused a full refund unless I paid return shipping. The pills even arrived before my regular subscription order (which I placed earlier), raising questions about their fulfilment process. Customer service ignored key issues, relied on generic policies, and only replied when I followed up multiple times. I ended up winning a chargeback through my bank and have reported them to the ACCC. My advice: avoid this company — their pricing, transparency, and handling of customer issues are unacceptable.

It lists first ingredient as alcohol fried and fixed my hair. Caused massive tangles causing me to have to tank out the tangled mess and losing hair i shouldn't havelost! The product sucks plain and simple! I even said in the questionnaire that my hair was dry so wth? Don't be fooled into buying this!

Customer service is bad. You can not call and speak to anyone, no phone number on their website. They say in their fine print if you start a subscription you cant cancel before 3 months. I canceled before my first shipment went out because it kept being delayed. They claimed it was too late. I told them to cancel all future orders. They charged me again. I disputed the charges but Paypal said i initially authorized the charge even tho I had canceled a full month prior. Moerie sent me an email threatening me to cancel my paypal dispute or I would get no refund. I do not take kindly to being threatened. I would not do business with them ever again.

Customer service stinks! I ordered product and it was delivered to wrong address and they could care less I spent $190 to never receive product it was shipped by Veho and they tell me to contact Veho who tells me to contact Moerie. Hopefully the person who received my products in Miami not in Ft Lauderdale and hr drive is enjoying my products. I am amazed at the attitude of the staff at Moerie.

Worst customer service ever. I had to file a dispute with my bank for the charges. Yes-- CHARGES. PLURAL. I didn't authorize the extras, received NOTHING from them. They passed off the responsibility to THEIR OWN SHIPPER after verifying that nothing was delivered to my home. BUYER BEWARE!!
