“They keep sending products that I didn't order. I had a bad reaction to the product the very first time I used it! I threw it away only to get 2 more bottles a couple of months later. I returned that product at my expense with a note that said not to send me anything ever again and then yesterday I get another box of this garbage!! I have no choice but to make a credit card dispute. Awful and deceptive business practices.”

“Scam. Canceled subscription back in March. But continue to charge me to send me emails on info how to keep my hair healthy. $22 for emails … after I canceled subscription. Then to tell me it was separate from the subscription 🤦🏻‍♀️”

“I use the product which is supposed to help with hair regrowth. After 3 months and some more shedding, I have seen no regrowth whatsoever. I do not know if it's this product that caused more hair shedding but, I do know it has not helped stop hair loss or with any hair regrowth. In addition, the ordering process had me on a subscription plan when I did not sign up for one. In their defense, customer service did cancel the subscription however, I should not have been on one in the first place. Buyer beware.”

“Made my hair so dry I couldn't hardly get brush through. No growth either. I returned product to them they after I had them not to send anymore and they refuse to refund my money. Been ongoing battle. They asked for tracking and other which I gave and they say they can't it. Bull!! If I can why can't they? Don't trust them. Would not recommend them at all.”

“I was very excited to try these products. Unfortunately, they did not deliver. If I could leave zero stars I would. This product made my hair very dry, stringy and I noticed breakage where I had none before using this product. The jar of heavy conditioner was half-empty upon receipt. I would not recommend.”

“Bought the bundle for £80, was unaware that it was a subscription, emailed them to rectify this as I notice another £80 had been taken out my account so I emailed them immediately to ask if this money could be refunded as I did not want to be on a subscription. I said if they have already sent the box, I can return it unopened as I don’t want more products. They said there’s nothing they can do so I lost £80. Plus I’ve been using the products and can see no change.”

“The people writing the good reviews are the people who work for Moerie. I ordered the product to try it out. It has dried my hair out. It has broke as not thickened it as on top of it they charged me for another shipment that I have never received and are not helping me. Give me my money back or find my parcel.. I don’t like writing reviews, but I had to because this is BS”

“If I could leave ZERO stars I would. Moêrie hair products don’t work and their customer service is abysmal! Sadly, I got the run around for over a month while trying to cancel my subscription. After jumping through hoop after hoop, asking for the exact same information, and emailing back and forth with over a half dozen representatives, Moêrie finally got itself together and offered me a gift card. However, it wasn’t a true gift card, it was money off at Moêrie. I’d been trying to cancel my subscription for over six months, and I have emails to prove it. In the end, I’m thankful they finally cancelled my subscription. They provide no other option for communication other than email. Get ready to fight a long fight!”

“These hair vitamins don't work at all. I experienced significant more hair loss when I took these, and I took them for 21/2 months before I said enough is enough and went back to my hair vitamins from Spring Valley at a fraction of the cost. Also, they do not make your hair grow faster as advertised in the commercials for this product.”

“Moerie products did not yield results for my thinning curly hair. Also, it was difficult to cancel subscription. Several attempts reaching customer service before resolving issue. They make you pay the difference between two orders if you cancel before a second recurring charge. Overall, I do not recommend!! Not a positive experience.”

“I bought Moerie on sale I've used it 3 times a week for 2 weeks including the HG air mask and growth booster ...Save your money my hair has gone like straw my scalp is itchy and my hair is frizzy and dull 100 percent worse than it was 2 weeks ago.I persevered this long expecting big improvement.”

“Was super excited but then disappointed. Not worth hype. Expensive, stinks, bottles don’t open properly. Lids break easily. It’s a gimmick. My hair is now more dry, brittle and frail. My beautician said to promote hair growth it has to come from nutrition within. Not hair products applied on the outside. May work for others but didn’t for me sadly.”

“Your pricing, misleading/ false information on the subscription- no option for a one time purchase then you want to have us pay the difference be honest and once one time subscription is chosen put the price of the product letting people know they save if they choose to subscribe! I was not able to get in and cancel your representatives emailed me back and forth at least 5 of them in that time all they needed to do was click a button and charge me whatever it is that you stated that I owed! Why do I have to make an account to cancel a subscription? This is ridiculous and you know it! I will be on every site with this same complaint so that no one else have to go through this and if they do it will be by choice but they will be warned”

“I bought there products one time to see how it will work and it caus an itching and made discomfort and made my hair to dry and damaged they called me I told them I don’t like it so she was supposed to cancel the subscription and she didn’t now I got charged for another baggage that I didn’t want”
