Customer service is awful! I purchased all the hair care and the pills from them. 7 days went by with no word from them. I emailed them for them to say they have no pills to give due to high demand but they can ship my other products and refund me on the pills. No, I want what I paid for! If you don't have the product then you should be reaching out to customers to advise them of this! Especially being a new client. It gives me a very uncomfortable feeling of being scammed! I went on Amazon and got the pills. Imagine that! Can't get them from the company itself but can get them off Amazon. Very disappointed. Communication is the worst! They tried calling me today and I hung up on them. Scared me. Felt I was about to be scammed. Send me a email of where my products are!

They send empty bottles! I’m not happy with their customer service! Horrible service! Go somewhere else who will give you the product you paid for.

Awful product. Just leaves your hair greasy and gross. No growth what so ever. Thier "14 day refund policy" is bogus. If you have opened the product they will not return it. Then they FORCE you to pay for the second shipment and say they are non-refundable ... even if unopened! Scam company. Save your money.

This company is an absolute nightmare to deal with. Their so-called customer service is just an endless runaround—bouncing from one "person" to another. Prob not even real people. They are completely unhelpful, dismissive, and dishonest. I asked them not to send the second delivery of the supplements when I was charged, yet they shipped it anyway and then refused to give me a refund. They said I could not return it because it was on autoship. When I returned the unwanted supplements on my own with tracking, which they asked for, they suddenly claimed they "couldn’t find it" and used their ridiculous terms and conditions as an excuse to steal my money. How does this happen: They sneakily enroll you in auto-delivery without clear consent. They claimed they sent me a reminder email about the next shipment—they did NOT. I check my email and spam folder multiple times a day for work, so I know for a fact that no such email was ever sent. As for the supplements? Completely useless and they smell awful. I took them for 90 days, knowing more than half way through they were doing nothing. I knew I would not reorder them. They didn't give me the choice with their devious subscription model. Now, they are resending the same emails that they did months ago. Truly believe it's just bots looking for key words and populating replies. Do yourself a favor and stay FAR away from Moerie. I’ve had many positive experiences with reputable, subscription-based companies that are transparent and fair—this one is neither. They are unprofessional and unconcerned once they have your money. I'm out $105+ $15 to ship the product back. Save your money. Avoid this company at all costs. - Vita

NO HASSLE FREE RETURNS OR SATISFACTION GUARANTEED This company has been fighting me to return the product for my money back for 3 days. They are refusing and refusing, even though I have not yet opened my delivery parcel. These people are awful to deal with!

My product was delivered damaged. I sent multiple emails with photos from the post office to resolve the issue. I even cancelled my subscription and they will not replace or refund my money for the damaged product. This company is unprofessional and a scam. Don’t waste your time or money.

I received a shipment that was trashed. The products weren't even in the box. The box was just in there. I reached out immediately. I was asked for an address for a replacement. I gave the address. Never heard back. I have reached out over 20 times and have yet to receive a refund. It is month later and then are asking for additional pictures. Who would keep damaged products for a month?!! Horrible horrible customer service.

Very bad, I used the Moerie shampoo and conditioner, The next day my hair was burned off on one side of my head, Burnedd OFF. They won’t do anything, only give you 14 days, they do this so you don’t even have time to try it.

I’m always brushing my hair before showdowns I have less fall out. However, everytime I’m using Moerie I’m loosing more and more hair while showering and afterwards, it feels thin and I’m getting more bald spots.

Horrible customer service, spray bottles not properly packed leaked all over the set. They passed the buck everytime I contacted to get sprays replaced. Impossible. I want to love this product but can’t get passed the fact they are so horrible to deal with. A simple request to replace a bottle of their spray that should have had a seal so it would leak out turned in to a frustrating mess. Luckily I ordered from Amazon so I returned without a problem entire wet soggy mess empty bottles and all. One customer service person basically called me a liar even with pictures….tried to upload pictures but they wouldn’t accept on this review

The shampoo is drying out my hair. I wanted to return it but because I signed up to receive it each month. Now I can not send my second order back and I will not get my money for my second order. The second order is still in the box and unopened.

Buyer beware. Although they touted money back guarantee that's not the case. I used it for 3 months and it did not work. They want you to take pictures, monitor the growth all throughout the process...didn't know this. I don't have time for that. All I can tell you is I had high hopes and was let down. I wouldn't recommend.

This company has the most horrendous customer service. They offer a promotion which requires a subscription... The issue is you then have zero capacity to access your subscription, so you cannot alter or cancel it. Links do not work from original order emails when you attempt to manage your subscription later and the process to log in loops repeated sign ups saying check email sent.. emails that never arrive This company appears to be a complete rip off. The product is pleasant, but does not meet the claims at all. There are plenty of products available in hair care stores which yield the same results at half the cost Beware this company...all it offers is extremely over priced products that give you soft, clean hair and a repeating over priced bill they prevent you from releasing

I ordered the shampoo, conditioner, hair mask, and growth spray. The first wash I could feel it had taken all the moister from by hair. But I decided to give it a chance. About 2 weeks in washing my hair 3 times a week my hair started to fall out more and thin. My ends splits and I convinced myself maybe it's just part of the process. So I gave it 1 month. In this month I lost hair and it dried my hair out so bad. It's may work for some people but I'll never be using this product again. I switched to verb and I've never been happier with my results from their products hair growth back for the win!

Did absolutely nothing for my hair, they sent bottle with defective sprayer and would not replace sprayer so I could use the spray product AND sent another whole supply and charged my card again disregarding my stated disappointment. BEWARE they will not cancel your subscription until AFTER you pay for TWO shipments.
