“I had a terrible experience with this company. They kept sending me subscription packages every 30 days even after I told them the product didn’t suit me. I asked to return the product and get a refund, but they refused to return my money for the first and second month. That’s a total of $66 USD — a big amount — and they didn’t seem to care about customer satisfaction at all. This is very unfair and extremely upsetting. I would not recommend this company to anyone.”

“I’ve had a Moérie subscription since January, always billed in AUD. Recently I was shown an upsell ad for a supplement in USD — completely inconsistent with my usual pricing. I tapped the image to read more, but my card was charged instantly, with no checkout or confirmation. The pills were advertised at 50% off, but I was charged what read as the USD full price, but turns out it was just converted into AUD without any form of communication or confirmation from me to go ahead. The pills aren’t even listed on Moérie’s website, at least not in Australia, so I couldn’t check ingredients before buying. I later found them via another retailer and confirmed they contain ingredients unsuitable for me. Despite the order being unintentional and misleading, Moérie refused a full refund unless I paid return shipping. The pills even arrived before my regular subscription order (which I placed earlier), raising questions about their fulfilment process. Customer service ignored key issues, relied on generic policies, and only replied when I followed up multiple times. I ended up winning a chargeback through my bank and have reported them to the ACCC. My advice: avoid this company — their pricing, transparency, and handling of customer issues are unacceptable.”

“My Moerie order arrived that same day with overnight shipping and I didn’t have any shipping fees, the packaging is so cute and had so much information that was easy to understand and broke broke everything down to laymen’s terms. The amount and quality of the product goes far above what I was expecting for the price. I got the shampoo, conditioner,2 bottles of the hair growth spray, mask, and supplements for the average price of 1 top shelf product from a store. I’m excited to see the results and will come back with an update on how they turned out. …..Also check out these supplements they like look like they came straight out of a Melanie Martinez music video, they’re so cuute!!!!! ****edit: My pictures wouldn’t upload but I’ll try again with my results.****”

“It lists first ingredient as alcohol fried and fixed my hair. Caused massive tangles causing me to have to tank out the tangled mess and losing hair i shouldn't havelost! The product sucks plain and simple! I even said in the questionnaire that my hair was dry so wth? Don't be fooled into buying this!”

“Absolutely love this product. I was losing so much hair and nothing helped, I was so stressed about it. Then I found Moerie and honestly didn’t believe all the reviews, but I gave it a try. After a few weeks I started noticing little baby hairs coming in and now, 3 months later, my hair feels fuller and stronger than it has in years. It’s softer, smells so good and I have so much more confidence. Thank you Moerie for creating something that really works!!!”
