DO NOT USE MONZO!!! Blocked my account 3 weeks ago just before I had major surgery. Still no replacement sent out. They will try and claim to be investigating internally, DO NOT BELIEVE THEM! MAKE SURE YOU READ ALL CUSTOMER REVIEWS BEFORE MAKING A DECISION THAT WILL, AT SOME STAGE, MAKE YOU REGRET IT. It's a shame as they started off well and I've been with them since the beginning, even completed various feedback forms to help them build the product.
