To be honest, this company is full with bad people who defraud others. When I requested a withdrawal, they rejected it and left me with nothing, despite the fact that I had invested with them and made significant gains. Days and months passed with no permission to withdraw and no correspondence. I'm happy everything worked out because m_a_d_a_c_o_v_i . c_o was the only way I could recover my investment.

I am temporarily outside the UK. I have tried several times to Transfer money from from my main UK Bank account to Monzo without success. I have sent 18 emails with the required "selfie holding Proof of Date". Each time I have received a prompt response telling me that the "selfie holding Proof of Date" was not acceptable for untrue reasons. I have been prevented from accessing my money!

I was a victim of a scam by a company called Offco, who didn't provide the service I paid for (promotional services for my music), they cut off all contact with me, and my emails were just getting returned because the email address no longer exists, they turned off comments on there Instagram (since they have clearly scammed other people too), and didn't read any of my messages to them on Instagram direct messages as well as many attempts through there website. All of my communication and proof that they didnt provide what I paid for is very well documented and was sent to Monzo when I raised a dispute. Round one of the dispute, the response I got was that Offco (the company I CANT get hold off) refused to refund me, I mean of course they did, they have stolen my money and clearly have no intention of paying me back. How is it that Monzo are siding with scammers and not there own customers?! and just accepting the word of some scammers rather than looking at my evidence? There were also two payments I made to Offco, one of these that I disputed was refunded immediately by Monzo, but after investigating the second dispute, with all of my evidence, the fake names, returned emails etc they changed there mind and asked me to refund the original refund back to Offco, absolutely ridiculous. Anyway, I disputed this all obviously, submitted more evidence to Monzo, including screenshots of the Offco website using fake names for there staff / CEO etc and using fake pictures of real people (I used google reverse image search to find the real peoples names, and provided proof to Monzo of this, from images from reputable websites like the Wall street Journal etc), they then said they would be investigating it further, but I just recieved there final decision that they are going to let these people (who I cant get hold off, but Monzo can - that's not suspicious is it!..) keep my money and that's the end of it and they can't help me. I am absolutely dumfounded that Monzo have sided with scammers and are ignoring very clear evidence of a fraudulent crime. And can now offer one of there customers zero more help.

Don’t trust the Monzo account they will freeze your money when they want. Service is terrible advice to stay away from this account.

The most disgusting customer service I have ever received from the bank. Online chat is unprofessional, uncaring, and robotic. We opened the business account and we couldn't use it because of "technical problems" but true is there was nobody to own the problem so we asked to close the account. Now they refuse to close the account charging us monthly fee. This is beyond ridiculous and I wish I have never have come across this childish bank.

Please stay away from these Scammers guys ,if you still want peace guys. They will wipe out your account within a blink of an eye. I trusted them but let me down not once or twice but on numerous occasions,when they promised to refund me and that never happened .When i reach out to MADACOVI. CO ,i got all my stolen money back

Stay away if you are a business at all costs. No way to phone call a real person , the only way of support is through the super antisocial bots in the app chat . they are not responsive and non empathetic. if they want to do a review for a payment they would freeze your whole account , rather than blocking a certain merchant , NO , they would freeze everything with you and take a few days to finish their review , if thats your only bank , your business operations will be completely affected as you won't be able to do anything . It's something unheard of ! Worst customer service I ever experienced in 32 years of life.

June 3, 2024 I received an email from Manzo letting me know that they have closed. My account didn’t really give me an idea why they closed my account out of the blue. I really enjoyed banking with them for the last year I think and there was $346 in this account and as I say, this is June 3, and it is now June tent, and I used what their option is tap to add money to your account which took it from my banking account my other account, and then when they wrote, they said they refunded all of this back to the card that was on my account which should’ve sent the money directly back or within 24 hours but they’re telling me that it’s gonna be the 17th before I get my money back or something funny about that To watch out and don’t have to go through what I’ve been through because I get paid week to week and these people held my check up so I haven’t had any money and I don’t understand why you’re telling me if I don’t have it by 17 June to give them a call back that was kind of rude David Nord my emails except for two emails they sent me back.

I Was duped by this MONZO BANK few months ago, which said it possessed my hard-earned money. I placed $62,000 into my account, but they wouldn't let me take any of it out. I was forced to seek the help of a Attorney agent when I was unable to get my money back. I became aware of JOHN GOODWIN. Monzo I would avoid at all costs, they were meant to assist when I had issues with a company I placed an order with, they told me they would try reclaim this money back, I provided al proof I never once received this order and after 5 months they came back and said the dispute was not accepted, I then took this to offcom and straight away monzo admitted liability for this and gave me the money back. They have now put my account back into over draft for this payment adn are refusing me access to payments going into this account.

Avoid at all costs! Not Crypto friendly in the slightest. I would give zero as a rating if that was an option. Deposited a small sum in a new monzo account and as soon as I tried to send it to a cryto exchange, the company have frozen my account whilst 'specialists' look at it and have requested various info. If I'd tried to put it onto a gambling site, they would have allowed me. No interest in their customers wellbeing, just want to stop UK customers moving to crypto assets as it impacts their bottom line. Terrible customer service on chat, waiting for hours a a time for a response. Avoid at all costs.

Scammers won't letbyou access large sums of your own money, they clain suspicious activity then say relevant dept will be in touch but you wait for ever and no one on phone will do anything. Avoid this scam bank. You are warned

I profited from my investments on this platform, but I was unable to withdraw my money for a number of dubious reasons. I reported this to S I M O N C H. C O M, and they withheld my initial deposit from the con artists.
