I upgraded my phone, and set up my account on my new device while having my old device to support the process. Monzo immediately froze my account and I was unable to access my money. When I spoke to customer services they could not tell me when I would be able access my money. Once they have frozen your account for whatever reason, you will not know when you will gain access to it. The complaints and customer services will not provide a timeframe. Monzo isn't a great choice for everyday banking.
