Game over with Monzo really had enough!!
Compalint made in July after being caused major embarrassment returning to UK Thanks to bad advice and wrong information from Monzo
Compalint not resolved with zero communication throughout and no outcome. Deadlock requested multiple times and promises made that I’d be contacted and never happens
Customer well-being involved who start off as if they care and then disappear and send you back to be blatantly ignored at all levels
No resolution offered no common sense whatsoever and not a shred of care that the actions and lack of information or help has had a detrimental effect on my mental health condition that I made a very sensitive discloser about so they were aware, seems no one’s cares what fallout they cause
At a total loss now how to progress my compalint and refund that’s also been withheld by Monzo after company have advised they have refunded
Getting no where fast except to hospital as CPN has had to get involved to support me and again advising Monzo of this no one seems to care
All could have been avoided with communication and Monzo following its own complaints procedure but seems they can’t
No doubt a patronising reply will follow
Next step and all that’s now available is ombudsman and bad reviews thanks to lack of care and or understanding

Monzo have managed to break someone with health issues they are well aware of! They don’t care!
No doubt will get the usual half baked apology and to get in touch to resolve as they have zero self awareness or care for customers just simply want to appear as if they care!!!
Read the reviews when it goes wrong it does so spectacularly and they don’t want to resolve and close you down
