They closed our account without telling us why. There is £5000 in the account which has severely damaged my business. This has caused us undue stress and sleepless nights. I have contacted them via phone call, email, on the app and everyone i have spoke to can’t tell me why. The team who closed the account don’t have a customer facing role and I’ve been waiting 4 days for a manager to call me when it’s supposed to take 48 hours to ring. We are being told that it will take 2 to 4 weeks to get this money back. I have lost my business and my home and can’t pay my guys on site because of Monzo
