"Stay away! \r\nThey shut my business account and gave me no explanation causing me huge financial problems with missed payments and not being able to receive funds from customers. \r\nTo top it off they take up to 4 weeks to give your money back to you! Absolutely disgusting! Do not choose Monzo!"

"Opened an account .got my HMRC payment sent there . They freeze account until I prove where the money has come from. After numerous screenshots and chat . They unfreeze.then I try and send my partner a transfer .they freeze it again !! Now it\u2019s under. A SCAM specialist . It\u2019s a pathetic way to run a bank. You can\u2019t speak to anyone it\u2019s all webchat and they have no idea what they are doing. My account was frozen Friday at teatime and it\u2019s still frozen Sunday . All they keep saying is someone will be in touch . Surely as any other bank suspect fraud\/scam they would try and resolve asap., but no customer services send you little emojis in their responses . So there you go . If you want to be without money all weekend and get treated like it doesn\u2019t matter . Bank with these. I can\u2019t wait to get my money out of their incapable hands and back to mainstream banks. It\u2019s pathetic . DO NOT USE THIS PLACE TO TRUST YOUR MONEY"

"spend weeks to open account finally manage it start using account upgrade to premier put money to savings account ect \r\nAnd just mention I have company in UK but not living there I am living in channel island.\r\n\r\nSo after using it for couple weeks get message from Monzo the freeze bank account to check as standard procedure which is fine I give them all info the ask I book boat tonight for trip to UK put all money for travel to Monzo and guess what the block the account and offering refund of my money in 2-4 weeks .what a joker bank waste of time nothing more \ud83d\ude21\ud83d\ude21\ud83d\ude21\ud83d\ude21"

"I have Monzo in the US. I had to dispute a transaction for which I did not receive cash back and also a cash app transaction. When I disputed the agent (Mike) took hours at a time to respond and did not inform me that my card would be blocked until after he did it. Next after asking him to remove the dispute if my card would need to be blocked, as I still needed the card and couldn\u2019t wait 7 days for a new one, he told me that not only would my card be blocked but in fact my entire account shut down. This was with no warning or notice. Just a hours long chat. I called the us support phone number more than 10 times and they tell me there is no agent available and hang up."
