Staff are extremely unhelpful and hang up as soon as you get through! When you do get someone who can be bothered to deal with a customer they are unprofessional and better suited to a hair salon!
All this rubbish about them being cool and the talk of bars and clubs is a load of old rubbish and absolute propaganda!
