Their pioneering spirit has been extinguished, replaced by a veil of secrecy and an over-reliance on rigid policies that seem to justify abrupt decisions like mine without proper explanation or accountability. It's truly disheartening. Monzo has transformed into a faceless entity, treating customers as mere numbers rather than individuals. They've joined the ranks of those financial giants who prioritize policy over people, leaving devoted customers bewildered and out in the cold. For anyone considering banking with Monzo, think twice. If you value clear communication and genuine customer care, you might find yourself disappointed. There are plenty of other financial institutions that can offer innovation without sacrificing reliability or customer satisfaction. Monzo, this is your wake-up call. We long for the dynamic, transparent bank you once were. It’s time to shed the bureaucratic layers and rekindle the commitment to customer service that set you apart.
