First invoice for a new company was paid today. We were so happy yet MONZO for no reason whatsoever aren’t coming back to us to advise WHY THEY WONT LET US USE THESE FUNDS. They are so unprofessional. Been trying to resolve this from this morning and still no further forward. They Mis inform lie and are just not business like. Don’t touch them. We are moving account to NATWEST
