I’ve been scammed. I literally watched the money leave my account last night and couldn’t stop it. Tried calling, chat, email. Last call got cut off after 2 hours of me holding on. Today they have closed my account. That’s not what I want. The scammers took me up to my overdraft limit and Monzo are asking me to pay this back. All I want to do is speak to a human. I’m not going to give up! I’ve tried calling, emailing and chatting.
