AVOID THIS BANKING APP AT ALL COST..
I've only been with monzo for 2 weeks.. i've tried to pay my rent & now account is blocked, i've tryed to contact monzo with the number giving in the email. The options i need aren't listed & so i'm told goodbye only having to redial. Half dozen times & i still cant get through. Nor can i log into the app.There is zero help online either.I've never been late with rent & its extremely distressing to say least. AVOID bank elsewhere!
