I ordered 2 bike lights from Moose and a few days after ordering received an email from Heidi explaining one of my lights wasn’t available and offering me a swap or a refund. I chose a swap and the 2 lights arrived swiftly. I then found out one of the lights didn’t work so immediately emailed Heidi again and she got back to me straight away and said she’d send a new light as a replacement, which came a couple of days later. I think the Moose service was great. I’m only disappointed one of the (Knog) lights didn’t work. I’ve also had some difficulty with charging the lights I do have as the connection on one seems a little temperamental. I will persevere and see if it does the job. I’m sure if I had further queries Moose will help me right away.
