If I had wrote this review before problems arise it would of been a solid 5* review. The scooter worked for approximately 5 weeks. The screen is now flickering and it won't charge or turn on. I struggled to contact FedEx myself to arrange the return. Sonya said she would do it. Left it a week and no-one came for it. I managed to get a return label finally, FedEx picked it up. Two days later I got a call from someone sounding like a typical scammer about the delivery and how it couldn't be delivered back to Moose. I was wary and emailed Sonya and Heidi multiple times as I was confused. The next day I get tracking from FedEx that showed it was on its way to Moose but then a notification saying it couldn't be delivered! And that it's on its way back to me. Still no contact from moose! It's been days. I have read a lot of reviews and whilst the 5* reviews are probably true, they do not care if you have a faulty item and will just ignore you. I am now stuck with a faulty scooter that is still under warranty and there has been no contact from moose over this. Also the company only seems to comment on 5* reviews not the ones where people have issues.
