Unfortunately Moose and I were unable to conclude our business. However, throughout the whole process the level and quality of customer service provided was of the highest standard, thank you Bryony, and the refund was made as quickly as the credit card system would allow. I will not hesitate to use Moose again if the situation arises, and recommend them as your first port of call.
