Defective Products and Terrible Customer Support
Moose is a disgrace. They took over a month to deliver my scooter, even though they promised seven business days. When it finally arrived, it was defective—the charging port doesn’t work! Their response? “Send it back, and we’ll repair it.” How long will that take? They clearly don’t care about their customers. I’ve never dealt with a company so careless and irresponsible. I paid for a functioning product and reliable service, but Moose failed on every level. If you value your time and money, avoid them at all costs.
