Very poor customer service supplied an
Obviously faulty e bike it would not even turn
On so was not checked before shipping.
I rang and explained the fault and moose agreed to collect and refund my money 8 days later and 4 failed attempts to collect the bike
DHL did not turn up 3 times and had no room
On the van on the other attempt.
At the moment I am left with bike I don’t want but moose will not refund my money until they
get the bike back despite 4 failed attempts
