Only giving 2 because the quality of the scooter looks good (from just looking in the box) but apart from that, the customer service has been terrible. I tried to make a return after 15 days because it says they have a 30 day return policy online, but then in other print it says 14 days (which I hadn’t seen at the time) I’ve asked about a return as it was a duplicate present which I’ve been left with to be told I’m outside the 14 day period (by one day). I screenshot the 30day refund policy off the website but was just told outright they can’t fulfill that (no reason why?) and just told to “have some patience “ while somebody asked the manager if I can have some sort of refund (but I’ll have to pay a fee). That was the last I heard. Surely it doesn’t take over a week to ask a question. My patience has long run out
