In the time of covid my businesses were closed and I had a hard time paying my full accounts but still I tried and kept to the arrangements that I phoned and made with Mr Price account dept. When my businesses opened again I paid off my full account by their request and was told once this was done I could use my facility again. I paid it off and phoned them. I was told I could now use my card again. Last weekend I went to a store to buy a few items only to be told that my account had no available credit and my account could no longer be used. In other words I was conned into paying off my account to the tune of 5720 rand. I think your accounts department are a joke and will say anything just to get money out your loyal customers even in this difficult time
