I have been with mr price since 2020 and i haven't missed a payment and now when i try to cancel my insurance they give me an email where nobody responds and on top of that you call they put you on a long queue of 15 minutes with no response, i have been a good customer to you guys and this is the thanks i get?? I don't know how many times i called and asked to be called back but nothing i hav a right to CANCEL orr CONTINUE with your packages as you are responsible to give me back whats mine. POOR SERVICE WHEN IT COMES TO INSURANCES
