I was at Mr Price Tygervalley yesterday. We waited in the queue for almost ten minutes. Behind us were a twelve people. Only one person was working at the cash register, but there were no less than seven employees standing behind the counter. When I asked the manager (I believe his name is Derrick) what was going on he very rudely starting talking at me making nonsense excuses. This is the second time this has happened at the same branch. I am highly disappointed, as I am a big supporter of Mr Price. The behavior of the manager was highly unprofessional and extremely rude. There were people behind us who actually put down the clothes they wanted to purchase and left. I can't even give a one star rating. Zero stars. Mr Price Tygervalley gets zero stars. Customer service is everything. I am posting this review on as many platforms as I can.
