Mr Price Online order extremely poor delivery, ordered 1 item, for a Store to Store delivery, on 30 Aug, today already 9 Sep still waiting for the delivery.
However they invoiced the account immediately. I've phoned customer care, the lady said please hold the line while I'm tracing the order, well after 30 min I hang up. For such a huge company, your online service are ridiculous. You whatsapp option is just as poor.
