Ordered online to make use of the discount voucher.
The dinner set arrived with broken plates, I have been refunded but the amount less the discount. I now have to search for these at a store and buy at the normal price. Now on the 24th of December I have to go from shop to shop in search for 3 dinner plates I planned on using tonight.
