I am so disappointed with the East Rand stores. The range is no longer exciting or relevant
and the stores are badly designed and set up. There are no mirrors except in the change rooms and no stools in the shoe/active shoe department making it challenging to try the shoes on. The air conditioning is non existant. It's almost as if they don't want you to have a pleasant shopping experience. I am no longer enjoying my shopping experience at the store. The standard has dropped significantly.
