Poor customer service I just opened an account recently and they have included some insurance on my account without my concern. When I call the Mrp insurance department they keep on putting me on hold after explaining everything to them as if they are transferring me to their agents.
I want to Close these account and I am not encouraging anyone to open account at MRP.
