Extremely poor customer service. I ordered online on the 6th of December, by the 13th they sent a delivered message yet I received nothing. I called them and they said the warehouse will call me back. The warehouse called and admitted that it was scanned wrong. They then sent an email stating that the delivery will happen the next day. Then I received a email to track that showed delivered, but I didn't received my parcel. I called back two days later and was given a reference number to call if nothing was delivered by the 19th. I must keep calling. I called again and the agent could not confirm anything. No communication attempts were made. No solutions not even an email. Not even any suggestions. It's Christmas in a few days. Mr Price this is unacceptable and to think I trusted that this company. Never again.
