ACCOUNT NUMBER: 0387051402There are charges on my account that I did not agree to. R79- airtime R100 and WhatsApp. R89- funeral cover R49- accident cover This is fraud. Whom ever activated this has committed fraudulent activity on my account. When signing for the account I agreed to account protection only. When I took the SIM card it was for prepaid only. And I was told the more I spend on my account the more data I will get. I would like all voice records of calls made to me and documents that were signed. I would also like these charges to be reversed from the time it was activated to current. These services should be cancelled with immediate effect.
