I have an account with a few products that I wanted to cancel. The cancellation process is very unpleasant. You get taken from department to department, and wait on the line for 30 minutes between each department.
If you're considering opening an account, be sure, because cancelling anything later is almost impossible.
It's almost as if they want you to wait so long that you give up and end up not cancelling.
If i could, I'd 0-star it.
