MRP online shopping is the pits!!! I ordered on the 1st of this month and received an email confirming the purchase and that it will arrive before or on the 9th but it did not arrive and there's no update whatsoever.
WhatsApp-ed "customer care" and did not receive any assistance instead the consultant closed the chat as soon as I stated I want to cancel the order if it does not arrive by tomorrow and she had the audacity to tell me to contact them on Saturday.
