I made money transfer on the 15 of November 2024 at sheet street. The receiver couldn't withdraw it says invalid code. I requested for a refund. They said they will resend withdrawal SMS and Pin. Until this day. When I call they say they are escalating the matter. I have waited 24,48,72 but nothing is happening.i just want my refund.
