First of all, I have absolutely no complaints about the store itself — the staff were friendly, the service was great, everything was fine. But please, for your own sanity, do not even think about getting your own mr Price account. I only signed up because the lady at the counter was so lovely and convincing, and honestly, that’s the only reason I agreed. Biggest mistake ever. The whole process after that has been a nightmare — the fees, the endless messages, the confusing statements — it’s just not worth it. I wish someone had warned me before I signed that form. So yes, the store is fine… but that account? Never again
