Scandal of a company! Avoid at all costs! Doesn't send your items out and when they do, they are exceptionally poor quality! Still waiting on a cushion personalised that was due to me at the start of December. I did however receive 2 personalised mugs but which have been distorted to the point you can't see 3 quarters of the Image. Its also very funny how this company will not allow images to be shared on their Facebook or reviews to be left! Take a quick look at their Google reviews and comments left by thousands of unhappy customers! I have complained and they have blamed myself. They have not even acknowledged the fact I'm still missing items!
