“Don't go anywhere near this company. They are beyond useless, my parcel is somewhere in the ether and MYPICTURE won't help at all. An agent cut the call twice, then you get an AI agent, then two other 'human' agents, who don't care, pretending to find the parcel. Parcel has been stuck in Mitcham Hub for four days. They keep promising to contact the carrier YODEL, but 2 days later- still nothing. Buyer beware - MYPICTURE should be given a wide berth. After this review I received this "Your feedback on this delivery situation has been noted and taken seriously. A parcel stuck at a hub for days with no resolution is unacceptable. We'll email you shortly — please share your order number or contact details so we can investigate this directly with the carrier." which is a joke because I was on comms. with them for an hour two days ago and they said all that about this situation being "unacceptable" and they had all my details but STILL did nothing. So MYPICTURE nice try in attempting to come across as the 'nice guy, and 'reaching out' but you have had two days to put this right before I went public - and you didn't. so THAT'S your true colours!! Btw - "we'll email you shortly"...I gave you my email address yesterday, I'm still waiting for your reply!!!!”

“Ordered four MIXPIX pictures, and they all fell off the wall within minutes and also took some paint off the wall. When I messaged them and emailed im just getting replies from AI. Not impressed at all.”

“I’m waiting over two weeks in my Delivery when I spoke to the company all they were interested in their terms and conditions I’d stay well of this company I suppose if it works it works if it doesn’t it doesn’t have plenty other companies offer better service”

I've used my-picture several times in the past. I recently placed an order foe 2x canvases (one larger and one smaller), intended to be a gift for a loved one. They weren't well packaged, and it seems as though the smaller canvas has been pressed into the larger one, causing the canvas to stretch, not be taught and leaving indentations and lines on the print. I reached out to ask for a refund, as I was told it could not be returned due to the custom nature of the canvas. Given it was a gift, I sourced it elsewhere as a replacement would not arrive in time. After several emails, my-picture refused to refund the order, instead insisting on a replacement or voucher. They tried to claim given they are based in Germany (although they operate a UK site?) they are bound by different laws. I have initiated a chargeback claim with my bank, which is a lengthy process, I was hoping to avoid. I would suggest buying elsewhere (Optimal print, Snap Fish) who actually value and help their customers. My original order ID is UKA39905963771.”

“After placing a £20 ordered. I quickly received an email saying “order again for upto 87% off” I ordered more products. The price was still £20. No discount whatsoever. Since then, I have received a further 10 emails all saying massive discount when I ordered again. What a scam!”

“I have waited 18 days with no update about my order. I have contacted them via chat and email everyday and they just say they are waiting for an update and will get back to me but they don’t. It’s wasted hours of my life, making the picture book, waiting for a delivery that has never occurred, contacting them repeatedly - and they won’t issue a refund and cancel the order. Don’t order from them - use Photobox or another company that actually do what they say they will.”

“Be really careful with this company. They processed my payment, said they had despatched the order, but it hasnt arrived and three weeks later it says in transit. To make matters worse they don't respond to any emails.. I have to assume it is a scam so I have raised a dispute with my card provider.”

“Awful Experience. I sent in High Resolution images taken on a DSLR. The quality was shockingly low. I complained and no solutions was offered, no refund, nothing. I explained it was a birthday gift and because it took them so long to deliver, I now needed to move fast if they were going to remedy or refund so I could somewhere else and they stopped communicating with me. Tragic service, product and after care. Avoid.”

“Terrible. Will never order again from My Picture. Received an email that my order is awaiting dispatch 6 days ago (4working days). After this no information about my order. The custom service constantly says: “we will send you an email”. An email about what? That on your website you mentioned that it will be 1-2 days, but it’s not true? It was I present for a birthday. But unfortunately I will not be able to give that to person, as My Picture has terrible service. If someone want to use this company, kindly suggest you to read last reviews and find another company.”
